Bob Kavetsky
Board Chair
Bob Kavetsky has forty-two years of experience in RDT&E program development and management; the design and development of systems for undersea warfare; design and operation of hypersonic wind tunnel facilities; and Defense Department and Navy Department policy development. Mr. Kavetsky has both private sector and government experience in the management of large, integrated RDT&E programs that includes hands-on direction of science and technology efforts. He is also a nationally-recognized expert in science and engineering workforce issues, having written extensively on that topic. Mr. Kavetsky has co-authored 10 books on topics ranging from recent advances in energetic materials to policy recommendations regarding the future health of the DoD and Navy in-house laboratories.

Stephanie Baggage
Vice - Chair
Stephanie Baggage currently serves as the Director of Operations at Fearless, an impact-focused digital services integrator based in Baltimore. Stephanie is a Prince George’s county native, with over 20 years experience in IT working with and within government to improve the tools and services millions of Americans rely on every day. She is active in supporting the Baltimore-Washington DC community. One of her most favorite roles has been as a coach, where she’s been able to invest in the lives and careers of so many. She is committed to making investments and creating opportunities for the next generation and looks forward to dreaming up new ways to make an impact.

Kezia Osunsade
Secretary
Kezia is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. She focuses her practice on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. She also counsels clients on general corporate governance matters. Kezia is actively involved with multiple education-focused programs, including the Cornell Prison Education Program. She is passionate about creating equity through education.

Matt Garner
Treasurer
Matt Garner is a distinguished executive with over 28 years of experience in maritime technology, defense systems, and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Trident Maritime Systems, he leads a global team of approximately 200 engineers and designers across four countries, driving innovation and operational excellence in maritime engineering. Mr. Garner's contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including the U.S. Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award and the Superior Civilian Service Award. In his role at Trident, Mr. Garner has achieved significant operational improvements, including a 15% reduction in operating expenses and a 20% reduction in overhead labor through strategic organizational restructuring. He has implemented comprehensive talent management initiatives to enhance workforce development and retention, ensuring sustainable engineering excellence across the organization. Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Garner served as Vice President of Autonomous Systems at Gibbs & Cox, a Leidos Company, where he established and led an 80-person organization focused on autonomous surface vessel development. His leadership was instrumental in expanding the company's autonomous systems portfolio and successfully managing critical programs for both U.S. Navy and commercial clients. Mr. Garner's distinguished career includes 18 years with the U.S. Navy's Naval Sea Systems Command, where he served six years in the Senior Executive Service. As Director of Submarine and Submersible Design and Systems Engineering, he held technical authority for all U.S. Navy submarine and submersible programs. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of naval vessels, from concept development through construction and sustainment. Throughout his career, Mr. Garner has demonstrated exceptional ability in leading complex, high-stakes projects. Notable achievements include winning Gibbs & Cox's largest-ever contract award at $319M for the NAVSEA Surface Combatant Ship Design and Engineering program, and successfully leading the DDG 51 Flight Upgrade Study, which defined the Program of Record for the DDG 51 Flight III destroyer class. A lifelong learner, Mr. Garner holds master's degrees in both System Engineering Management from Naval Postgraduate School and Engineering (Naval Architecture) from the University of New Orleans. He has recently enhanced his executive expertise with certificates in Finance for Non-Finance Executives and Financial Analysis and Valuation from Columbia Business School. Mr. Garner is actively involved in the non-profit community, with positions on two non-profit Board of Directors, focusing on STEM education and Mental Health awareness. Mr. Garner along with his wife resides in Fulton, Maryland and has two adult children.

Patricia Anong
Board Member
Patricia Anong is the founder and principal consultant at PAR 1 Solutions. She has a wealth of experience in multiple industries as a Cloud Architect and Automation Engineer leading geographically dispersed teams in cloud and DevOps best practices. Patricia is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and holds multiple certifications in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform. She advises, mentors, and advocates for early career IT professionals through many avenues including her technology blog.

Annette Baney
Board Member
Annette Baney serves as the Chief of Staff at Interfaith Power and Light. Annette brings 10+ years of high-level strategic operations, financial, and human resources experience, having worked closely with advocacy organizations that focused on poverty, early childhood education, and environmental justice in Washington, DC. Annette also founded the Baney Bridgemohan Foundation, which provides small grants and scholarships for graduating high school students to attend a vocational college to gain certificates and diplomas in highly in-demand trade skills in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago. Throughout her career, Annette has always prioritized working with organizations that support missions to serve underserved communities locally and internationally. Annette is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new and engaging podcasts.

Terry Bazemore, Jr.

COO of Ey3 Technologies and newly appointed Board Member of LETS GO, Terry is a BBJ 40 under 40 Awardee and CAMI Board Member with a Master’s in Information Security and Cyber Forensics from Penn State University. Known for his dedication to empowering the next generation of tech industry disruptors, Terry combines his passion for cybersecurity with his hobbies of Spartan Races and basketball. He's committed to innovation and excellence in the cybersecurity field, leveraging his extensive experience to inspire and mentor emerging tech professionals.

Patrice Cameau
Board Member
Patrice Cameau is the Director of Global Communications and Marketing for Zion Church, and the founder of CAMPspace, a studio that offers physical spaces and full-service content experiences for production teams, business owners and marketing professionals. Patrice is committed to helping fellow entrepreneurs and the new generation of creative leaders better use content to market their businesses, and stay content while doing so. Patrice’s nearly 20-year career in strategic communications and marketing has helped elevate a host of sports, nonprofit, entertainment and lifestyle entities, to include managing publicity and marketing campaigns for Super Bowl Champion, Troy Polamalu; the Veterans of Foreign Wars; USO; RAINN; Covenant House International; celebrity chef Tobias Dorzon; and Grammy nominated artist, Wale. A content creator in her own right, Patrice hosts and produces a host of podcasts that share content marketing hacks and self-care tools to listeners via weekly audio and video episodes. Patrice earned a Master of Arts degree in Public Communication from American University (DC) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a Prince George’s County Social Innovation Fund 40 Under 40 Award recipient. Patrice is also a proud military spouse, and the mother of three beautiful children. She finds joy in creating, traveling, reading and exercising.


Henry Hopkins
Board Member
Henry Hopkins was, until his retirement on March 31, 2008, a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group and Vice President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., and Director of T. Rowe Price Trust Company. He served as the Chief Legal Counsel in the Legal Department of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. since 1987 and was a Director of T. Rowe Price Group from 1987 to 2006. Prior to 1987 and since joining the firm in January 1972, Henry was an Associate Counsel in the Legal Department. He also served as the Chair of the Firm’s Ethics Committee from 1973 until his retirement. He received his L.L.B degree in law from the University of Maryland’s School of Law in 1968. He was admitted into the Maryland Bar in November of 1968.


Vidya Kadiyam

Vidya Kadiyam is a portfolio manager in the Investment Counsel Group in the Global Equity Division. She provides customized investment counseling and discretionary portfolio management for individuals, families, trusts, endowments, foundations, and other institutions. Previously, Vidya was co-portfolio manager of the Integrated U.S. Small-Mid Cap Core Equity Fund and the Integrated U.S. Large-Cap Value Equity Fund. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Vidya’s investment experience began in 2008 when she joined T. Rowe Price, beginning as an analyst in the Quantitative Group within the U.S. Equity Division. Vidya earned a B.S. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in economics from the University of Chicago. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Dr. Raza Khan
Board Member
Dr. Raza Khan is the Chair of Sciences at Carroll Community College. He also serves as the Commissioner on the Maryland Governor's Office of Community Initiatives. Dr. Khan is a member of the Faculty Advisory Council of Maryland Higher Education Commission. Dr. Khan is an educator and community leader whose passion is to inspire the next generation of workforce, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners where all foster a positive empowerment with an aura of belonging.

Waves Mowatt-Kane
Board Member
Waves Mowatt-Kane is a leader in human-centered design and enterprise digital transformations. She has led global teams within both the private and public sectors across multiple US industries. Currently, she serves as the Director of Experience Design and Head of Human-Centered Design at Genentech. Today, she leads a multi-disciplinary team within the Experience Operations organization (XO) that seeks to enhance the treatment journey for all patients and providers. Additionally, Waves serves as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for the Dreyfus Consulting Group and continues to emerge as a thought leader for Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and technology integration that drive innovative experiences. For over 18 years, she has had the opportunity to work with such brands as Amtrak, where she led the brand’s digital CX transformation for seven years. As the Director of Customer Experience Digital Design, Analytics, Customer Insights, and Testing. Her team drove Amtrak to the highest level of customer satisfaction in the brand’s history. Academically, Waves is the first woman of color to graduate from the prestigious MAMBA program, where she earned a Master of Art in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. As an advocate for inclusive design, she works to integrate behavioral science into design innovation to match the skill level and abilities of users. Ms. Mowatt-Kane is a change agent, who strives to combine emerging technology and the Voice of the Customer (VoC) into the evolution of a Brand’s story while supporting such brands as Amtrak, AOL, Northrup Grumman, and the Corporate Executive Board (CEB – now Gartner). Waves’ dedication to innovation and desire to give back to the next generation has led her to the Let’s Go Boys and Girls team. She hopes to work with her fellow Board Members within the Let's Go Boys and Girls team to further nurture and evolve the organizational mission.

Jonathan Williams
Board Member
Jonathan Williams is a U.S. Navy Veteran and an IT professional with over 20 years of experience. He's involved in civic activities and community service, he volunteers for organizations such as Out For Justice, Baltimore Robotics Center, LETS GO Boys and Girls, and Threads. Jonathan's current focus is on creating positive change in Baltimore City by providing his services to nonprofits that support underserved communities.

Yanni Niebuhr
Board Member
Yanni Niebuhr is Director of Investment Operations at BFG Financial Advisors. His primary role is to collaborate with the firm’s advisory team in the development of financial planning, wealth management advice, and delivering and implementing recommendations for the firm’s clients. In addition, he currently serves on the firm’s investment committee. Mr. Niebuhr holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) designation in 2015 and holds his FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and 66 (Uniform Combine State Law Examination) licenses through Kestra Investment Services, LLC.
