Catalyst
Program
Our Career Catalyst Program offers high-quality essential skill development tailored to address specific needs identified by employers, internship providers, and students through national research and feedback from LET’S GO students and partners.

Get Set Up For Success
To prepare students for success in the workforce, they need access to a comprehensive network of resources and support. This network should support the development of a broad range of skills while avoiding excessive pressures on the support systems. Since 2017, LET'S GO has developed this program, providing semesterly, scaffolded workforce development workshops to equip undergraduates with the skills necessary for completion of their undergraduate studies and pursuit of their personal and career goals. The program provides students with the tools to be successful, qualified, and prepared employees of the 21st-century workforce.
We meet students where they are, scaffolding their growth through iterative improvements in skills while providing opportunities for practical application. Our approach supports students' development through trauma-informed and culturally relevant instruction, enabling them to cultivate the skills and awareness necessary to identify, apply for, and successfully complete STEM internships.
